Thank You! We Think You’ll Love It!

Parking, what to wear/bring, and the basics of what we do here are below:

TUNED is about having fun, and feeling music flow through your body – with a crowd of new friends who don’t care a bit if you have any fancy moves.

Please arrive early, we start our sessions on time!

The Basics of TUNED:

  • Free your feet
    • Focus on how it feels, not how it looks.
    • Let the music flow through you, move creatively, leave self-judgement at the door.
  • Be here now
    • Try to let go of the past and future for now.
    • Please keep phones, chatting and drinks off the dance floor.
  • Be generous
    • Tune in to the group vibe.
    • Help make this place welcoming, friendly and creative.
  • Stick with it
    • Feeling awkward sometimes is normal.
    • It’s totally fine to just shift your weight for the full 2 hours and feel the beat and your breath.
  • Respect
    • Honor boundaries.
    • If someone needs more space, honor that. Be clear about the space you need with your actions or your voice.
